Haiti Earthquake, Granny and Two Walkers

By Amy Price PhD

I just came across a great story about Doris Haddock a woman who walked across the US at the age of 90 to promote key government reforms. After that, she engaged in a few more political adventures including showing the rest of us that money does buy power.

Doris GRANNY D Haddock will be celebrating her 100th birthday on the 24th of this month. She is in fine health, and is very active pushing for political reforms in New Hampshire and around the U.S. If you would like to leave a message for her, go to http://GrannyD.com and click on the Blog link. She will see all comments left on the blog.

My other story is about a walker who hated walking but God spoke to him to raise money for clean water  and wells for Haiti by walking across Canada.

Both people would have needed to put aside bitterness and personal politics in a quest for the survival of others and they are champions because they created justice by giving themselves.

Dr  Morgan is again reaching out for resources, equipment and volunteers to help the battered nation of Haiti...If you want to be a part of this partnership for greatness by helping others visit http://cupofcoldwater.org/
